Lead Designer at ShopWindow

Acting as the lead visual designer for ShopWindow, a business-to-customer marketing and engagement software made for small businesses. My responsibility is in creating a cohesive and playful aesthetic across marketing materials and the software’s user-interface design.
This includes digital illustration through ProCreate, UI/Software design through Sketch, working with software engineers, naming and writing descriptions, and developing a design toolkit comprised of reusable assets and styling.

The mascot of Shopwindow I created, Sassy the Sloth, is a nod to one of our main teammates and represents the idea that “Our software is so easy to utilize that even a sloth can do it”.
Sassy is also used to communicate the inner workings of Shopwindow, such as automations, personalizations, and scheduled publishes.
